Andy Bradfield is a seasoned Logistics Operations Leader and Sales Manager with over 30 years of industry experience. Currently serving as the Director of Intermodal Sales for the Iowa Interstate Railroad, Andy specializes in building engaged, disciplined teams that deliver extraordinary customer experiences. 

His career is defined by a deep expertise in asset and non-asset fleet management, truck brokerage, and complex intermodal drayage coordination. Prior to his current role, Andy spent over 15 years in management positions at industry giants like Union Pacific Railroad and Werner Enterprises, where he led cross-functional teams and managed sales & pricing for intermodal services. A graduate of Iowa State University, Andy is recognized for his ability to align logistical service plans with profitable growth and market demand.
