Libby Ogard, Prime Focus, LLC   

Prime Focus is a woman owned small business firm, certified in small business financial management and transportation planning. Libby began her career working for Burlington Northern and Conrail in the marketing and business planning area, she managed domestic and intermodal Intermodal services and set up three transloads to extend rail service to those customers without railroad sidings.  Libby moved on to a role as General Manager for Schneider National where she developed the TruckRail network and launched the Optimodal non-asset based intermodal business unit. As a consultant Ms. Ogard has completed eight state rail plans and twelve regional freight plans. Ms. Ogard has won more than $92 million in state and federal infrastructure grant awards nationwide.  

Libby is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.  Libby is a past member of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Supply Chain Competitiveness Council and serves on the Illinois and Minnesota State Freight Advisory Council.
