Vijay Harrell is the founder and CEO of TradeLanes, a logistics intelligence platform focused on one problem: helping exporters know when to move before the window breaks. 

After spending two years embedded with U.S. agricultural exporters, Vijay identified a structural gap in how containerized shipments are managed. Export teams plan against vessel schedules, but execution is governed by cargo receiving windows (ERD to CY Cut) that shift continuously and often collapse without warning. 

TradeLanes analyzes vessel schedules, terminal data, and real-world execution patterns to determine when a plan is no longer reliable – before the cost is locked in. The platform is used by exporters, drayage providers, and logistics teams to reduce roll risk, avoid split bookings, and improve planning reliability.
