Scott Sigman, Equinanimous Advisory Service Enterprise (EASE)
Mr. Scott Sigman has over 30 years of experience in strategy, marketing, public relations and operational economics, currently serving as a principal consultant through Equinanimous Advisory Service Enterprise (EASE), a sole proprietorship. He is also a part time employee of HDR Inc., performing port master plan work, grant-writing and funding developments, along with state freight plan performance narratives and analysis. As an industry professional, it is from direct experiences in transport, trade, shipment of manufactured goods and agricultural production, that he supports commercial networks, public and private infrastructure along with developments fostered through public-private partnerships.
In addition to commercial market research, reporting and commercial analysis, he has also provided technical support for the development of Program and Project Management with personal experience in applying PM methodologies to resource planning, intermodal and multimodal business development, systems improvement for both containerized and bulk marine freight, industrial rail cargo, drayage, and regional truck operations. His focus has included assessments of undeveloped prospective transportation and industrial sites located along the Mississippi River corridor. Beyond his contributions to national and international transport and trade market evaluations, Mr. Sigman has experience as a market analyst. He has been appointed to serve on state and federally authorized freight transportation committees and has participated in agricultural and transportation market initiatives across the Midwest. He is committed to personally supporting the environmental well-being of our communities. Sigman has been supportive of Riverside Global’s port, transport and alternative commercial project assessments, as well as various funding and financing evaluations, rail connectivity and market investigations, site location due diligence and reconnaissance, conducting and documenting field visits along with reviews of state and federal agricultural and transportation databases. Scott specializes in research involving freight records, and archives, commodity information, applying skills in alternatives analysis, through qualitative and quantitative research. Mr. Sigman is a lifelong Green Bay Packer fan, whose friends and family cannot understand how he could possibly be a Chicago Bears season ticket holder.
